やっとできた！！めっちゃ簡単で重宝する名刺の整理／I finally finished it!! Organizing business cards that are very easy and useful【TIROIR：コラム】
「ライターの＂相原”と申します。よろしくお願いいたします。」と
初対面の方と交わす名刺。自分の名刺をお渡しした分だけ、相手の名刺が手元に集まり、いつの間にかいろいろなところに置かれた名刺が膨大な枚数に……。
”いつか整理しなきゃ”と思いつつ、一枚ずつ手にして業種や職種別に整理していくのは時間もパワーも必要で、つい後回しになっていた作業のひとつ。
コロナ禍で対面取材や撮影が見送られ、初の”ステイホーム”状態。見て見ぬふりをしてきた領域から逃れる言い訳も見つからなくなった2020年4月。とうとう意を決して手をかける運びとなった💦いざ！
家中のいろいろな場所で目にするたび心を痛めていた名刺たちをかき集め、一枚一枚手に取り確認作業からスタート！ 業界別、職業別などカテゴリー分けしていくのか、企業名順か名前順か、整理していくのも大量すぎて心が折れそう……。ということで、何年か前にダウンロードしていた名刺管理ソフト『Eight』（https://8card.net/）を活用することに。
名刺の表（必要に応じて裏も）を撮影し、「登録」ボタンを押すだけ。
無料アプリにも関わらず、名刺の中の情報（氏名／企業名／部署名／住所など連絡先）を自動で表記してくれるとても優秀で怠けてきた私にも優しいサービス。カテゴリーのファイルも自分で設定できて自由性も高い。しかも相手が同じアプリを活用していれば、自動でつながるシステムだ。
着々と名刺整理を終え、スマホの中にすべて納まってくれた。安心感と安堵感を得たと同時に名刺を放置していたという罪悪感から解放され、スッキリ！＆長年の闇から解き放たれた感覚（サイコー！）
机の引き出しや書類と一緒に紛れている”名刺”をため込んでいる方々、一気に名刺の整理をしてみてはいかが。本当におススメです！

A business card to exchange with the person you meet for the first time. As much as I handed over my business card, the other business cards gathered at hand, and before I notice, the number of business cards becomes enormous.
While thinking, “I have to sort them out someday”, it takes time and power to pick up one by one and sort them out by industries and job types.
Face-to-face interviews and shootings were postponed due to the corona disaster, and it was the first “stay home ” state. April 2020, when I couldn’t find any excuses to escape from the territory that I hadn’t seen before. At last, I’ve decided to do it now!
Collect the business cards that hurt my heart every time I see them in various places throughout the house, pick them up one by one, and start from the confirmation work! It would be too much to sort out by industries, occupations, etc., by company names or by name, and it would be heartbreaking... So, I decided to use the “business card app” that I downloaded a few years ago.
Just take a picture of the front (and back of the business card if necessary) and press the “Register” button.
Despite being a free app, it is a very excellent service for lazy me that automatically displays the information (contact information such as name / company name / department name / address) on the business card. You can also set the category files yourself, which gives you a lot of freedom. Moreover, if the other party is using the same application, it has a system that connects automatically.
I steadily finished organizing his business cards and put them all in his smartphone. At the same time as I got a sense of security and relief, I was released from the guilty feeling that I had left my business card, and I felt refreshed and freed from the darkness of many years!
For those who are accumulating, why not organize your business cards at once? I really recommend it!
